With the Hue White Ambiance lamp, any light with an E27 socket can be turned into a smart device. Existing Hue kits can be ideally expanded with the practical set of 2. Likewise, the use via dimmer switch (see accessories) or with the Philips Hue Bluetooth app for smartphone/tablet is also possible thanks to built-in Bluetooth technology via direct control without bridge/router.

For every situation from relaxing to focused work, the White Ambiance lamp offers the right lighting mood, as the colour temperature can be freely selected in a wide spectrum from 2,200 to 6,500 Kelvin. These settings can be set as a program based on the daily routine, for example. Since the illuminant communicates not only via Bluetooth but also via the ZigBee protocol, integration into any smart home system that uses this standard is possible via bridge and router. For example, after Hue integration, voice control on site or remote control via smartphone app is available.
