Whether warm white light for a convivial evening with friends, or cool, bright light for concentrated reading of the daily newspaper – with the Philips Hue LED pendant luminaire Devote you can easily conjure up the right ambience for every situation.

The light can be adjusted in different ways: Either via Hue dimmer switch, on which four different lighting recipes are stored, or conveniently via Hue app (ZigBee), whereby a connection to an existing Hue Smart Home system is required for control via Hue app with a smartphone or tablet. With the Hue Bluetooth app, it is also possible to control the light without a bridge and existing smart home system. All you need is the Bluetooth app and a smartphone or tablet that is Bluetooth enabled.

Thanks to its slim design and the downward opening of the shade, Devote radiates the light downwards in a targeted manner. Ideal for perfectly setting tables or counters, either individually or in groups, in the right light.

Functions / Compatibility

– Control via Hue dimmer switch (see accessories)

– controllable with matching Hue app (ZigBee) and Hue Bluetooth app

– Setting of different colour temperatures: warm white (2,200 K) to daylight (6,500 K)

– intelligent lighting control Option a: ZigBee integration via bridge and router, such as the Philips Hue Bridge (see accessories); this enables local or remote control via Hue app and the option of voice control via Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit (Siri) and Google Assistant

– intelligent lighting control Option b: Direct on-site control via Bluetooth with free Hue Bluetooth app. If more than ten lamps are used within the Bluetooth control, the use of a bridge is recommended.
